Disclosure: paid listings, ordering and affiliates
How we order listings, what paid plans buy (and what they never buy) and our affiliate-link policy.
How listings are ordered
- Featured (sponsored): up to 3 businesses per category that pay for the Featured plan appear first, always labeled Sponsored. This is advertising.
- Premium (paid): listed above free listings in their category and town, labeled Premium.
- Free listings: in our default order. We never sell positions among free listings. You can re-sort by name, town or most recently verified.
What paid plans buy, and what they never buy
Pro, Premium and Featured plans buy presentation (a reviewed logo and description) and visibility. They never buy verification, reviews, ratings or changes to the facts we check. Verification is free for any business. Before a paid plan is activated we confirm the buyer represents the business.

We do not use affiliate links today. If we ever do, they will be labeled next to the link and on this page.
